Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy of Fuliage Inc. ("Fuliage", "we", "us", or "our") describes the shipping and return rules and procedures for products purchased through our business. By placing an order with Fuliage, you agree to the terms set out in this Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Locations

Fuliage ships to all locations within Canada and US. We currently do not offer international shipping options to other countries.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders exceeding $50 CAD before taxes for Canada. For orders under $50 CAD, shipping costs will be calculated by the carrier based on package weight, dimensions, and the shipping destination.

3. Shipping Times

The estimated shipping times depend on the carrier and the destination. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that the tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the carrier's website.

4. Processing Time

Orders are processed every Monday. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

5. Return Policy

We accept returns of unused products within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. All returned items must be in their original condition with all original packaging and tags. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) to the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to replace the damaged item or issue a refund.

7. Changes to our Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to change our Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
